Sophie is an Ontario lawyer called to the Bar in 2016, with experience in real estate, wills and estates, civil litigation, and personal injury law. Her legal experience includes working in civil litigation in Toronto and interning with a leading Bay Street law firm.

She founded Metro Law Office to provide clients with a more personal and practical legal experience. As a small practice, Sophie works directly with her clients and takes the time to understand their circumstances, explain the relevant legal issues, and provide practical advice.

Sophie believes that good legal service is not only about providing legal advice — it is also about helping clients understand their situation and their options. Legal matters can be unfamiliar and complicated, and clients should know what is happening at each stage of the process so they can make informed decisions.

Metro Law combines this personal approach with the convenience of modern legal services. Many matters can be handled remotely through virtual meetings and electronic processes, while clients can also meet with Sophie in person at offices in Brampton, Mississauga and Markham.

Sophie is also admitted to the New York Bar and holds an LLM in International Business Law. She speaks English and Mandarin.

Outside of her practice, Sophie enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and learning languages.
